General Rawat can be heard saying that many think leadership is all about leading but it is not as simple.
General Rawat added that leadership is a complex phenomenon and leaders are those who lead people in the right direction.
“Leaders are not those who lead people in inappropriate directions as we are witnessing a large number of college and university students being led to carry out violence and arson, this is not leadership”, remarked General Rawat.
