“Organisations like the RSS need to be strengthened to prevent the spread of terrorist activities, like what is happening in our neighboring countries, to our country", said Former Chief Justice of Patna High Court Justice Jacob B Koshy.
Speaking at an event in Kerala’s Ernakulam, Justice Koshy said the nation needs to strengthen organisations like the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in the wake of the recent killings of civilians by terrorists in the Kashmir valley while drawing attention to the attacks on Gurudwaras by the Taliban in Afghanistan.
As reported by Law Beat, Justice Koshy, a member of the Orthodox Christian Church, spoke about an ‘ongoing conspiracy’ and an attempt to ’mislead many people regarding what the RSS stands for, more specifically the minorities’.
Justice Koshy called the RSS an "organisation of patriots that works for the integrity and progress of our country."
“It is an organisation that takes stands on issues considering the best interests of the country," he added.

Introducing ElectionsHQ + 50 Ground Reports Project
The 2024 elections might seem easy to guess, but there are some important questions that shouldn't be missed.
Do freebies still sway voters? Do people prioritise infrastructure when voting? How will Punjab vote?
The answers to these questions provide great insights into where we, as a country, are headed in the years to come.
Swarajya is starting a project with an aim to do 50 solid ground stories and a smart commentary service on WhatsApp, a one-of-a-kind. We'd love your support during this election season.
