Political Analyst Abdul Razack Khan on Saturday (19 October) stirred a major row after proclaiming on national television that he would not condemn the brutal killing of Hindu leader Kamlesh Tiwari as he deserved this fate.
While appearing for a debate on Times Now, Khan despite being questioned by the anchor and fellow panellists can be seen brazening it out by refusing to condemn Tiwari’s murder and observing that he deserved this fate.
“I would definitely not condemn this killing, he deserved this fate”, Khan said and after protests erupted, defended it by calling it his opinion.
When a shocked news anchor insisted that Khan apologise for his statement, the latter expressed befuddlement and asked as to what should he apologise for.
As Khan refused to say sorry even after repeated reminders, he was ultimately made to leave the debate by the news anchor for justifying murder on live television.
