IAF's Remotely Piloted Aircraft Crashes Near Jaisalmer, No Reports Of Damage To Personnel Or Property

The Indian Air Force (IAF) has announced on Thursday (25 April) that a remotely piloted aircraft of it has crashed in Pithala village in Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan.
The IAF has informed that there were no reports of damage to personnel or property, according to a report from The Economic Times.
"One Remotely Piloted Aircraft of the Indian Air Force was involved in an accident near Jaisalmer today during a routine training sortie," the IAF stated in a social media post.
As per the same report, the IAF has also stated that a court of inquiry has been initiated to enquire into the event and determine the cause of the incident. This inquiry is supposed to throw more light on the event.
"There have been no reports of damage to personnel or property. A Court of Inquiry has been initiated to determine the cause of the accident," the IAF added in the same post.
