Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Around 65 Per Cent Voter Turnout In Second Phase Polling - Here's The Statewise Voting Percentages

The second phase of the voting for the Lok Sabha elections 2024 is ongoing across 88 Parliamentary constituencies in 13 states and UTs on Friday (26 April).

According to the Election Commission data, around 65 per cent voter turnout was recorded across 13 states and UTs participating in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections.

In Assam, the voter participation stands at 71.11 per cent, while Bihar recorded a turnout of 55.34 per cent.

Chhattisgarh saw a relatively higher turnout at 73.62 per cent, while Jammu and Kashmir registered 72.04 per cent.

Karnataka reported a turnout of 68.31 per cent, while Kerala saw a turnout of 66.17 per cent.

Madhya Pradesh saw a voter turnout of 57.92 per cent.

In Maharashtra, 58.09 per cent of voters have cast their votes, while 77.32 per cent voter turnout has been recorded in Manipur.

In Rajasthan, 64.07 per cent of voters have exercised their franchise, while Tripura recorded a turnout of 79.46 per cent.

Uttar Pradesh saw a participation rate of 54.85 per cent, while West Bengal registered a turnout of 71.84 per cent.
