Devotees attending Mahakumbh 2025 will now have seamless access to essential services and information, thanks to a revamped AI-based chatbot.

The enhanced digital assistant introduces three new features aimed at making the world's largest religious gathering more organized and convenient for millions of visitors.

Local Services at Your Fingertips

The chatbot provides real-time information about parking, food courts, and hospitals within a one-kilometre radius of the user.

This ensures that devotees no longer need to search aimlessly for vital services, saving time and reducing stress during the event.

Detailed Mapping and Sector Guidance

Designed to offer a comprehensive guide to the Mahakumbh, the chatbot includes detailed mapping of the event area and specific sector-wise information.

Devotees can access Google Map links for easy navigation.

Additional Mela Officer Vivek Chaturvedi highlighted that the chatbot offers quick access to crucial information such as parking, transport, banking services, and public water ATMs within seconds.

Real-Time PDFs and QR Scanning

The chatbot’s new functionality enables users to download real-time PDFs tailored to their needs.

These PDFs provide detailed information about toilets, lost and found centers, exhibitions, and other key locations.

Additionally, devotees can scan QR codes for instant access to location-specific details on their mobile phones.

Blending Faith with Technology

The innovative chatbot has already been utilised by millions of devotees, delivering a seamless and user-friendly experience.

By integrating advanced technology with the spiritual fervour of the Mahakumbh, the chatbot is greatly enhancing the convenience for those attending the Mahakumbh.
