Minor Boy Slits Throat Of 'Homosexual' Tutor With Paper Cutter For Sexually Exploiting Him In Delhi's Jamia Nagar

A 14-year-old boy slit the throat of his private tutor for sexually assaulting him on Wednesday (30 August) in capital city New Delhi, police revealed on Saturday (2 September).
As per the boy, the deceased, a 28-year-old unmarried man, sodomised him several times and recorded the videos on his phone, which he used for blackmailing him.
The incident took place in Batla House area of Jamia Nagar in Delhi’s Okhla. The deceased has been identified as Mohammed Wasim.
The boy, who is also from the same religious community as the deceased, used a paper cutter to slit his molester’s throat. The minor, who studies at a government school, has been apprehended by the police.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (South East) Rajesh Deo told the media that the deceased was allegedly homosexual and met the juvenile around two months ago.
Police have seized the mobile phone of the tutor that allegedly contains sexually explicit videos of him and the child. The deceased used the videos to threaten the boy into giving into his demands, the minor has told the police.
Police received information about the murder around 2.15pm on Wednesday (30 August). The involvement of the minor came to light during investigation through CCTV footage.
The second-storey flat in which the murder occurred was owned by Wasim’s father Jameel Ahmed. The minor has been booked for murder (IPC 302).
