The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the NEET-UG 2024 results for all the students, city and examination centre-wise.

Students who took the exam can view their results on the official NTA NEET websites, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/ and neet.ntaonline.in.

On Thursday (18 July), the Supreme Court directed the NTA to announce the NEET UG results by 12 noon on 20 July.

The court ordered the agency to publish the marks obtained by students on the website without disclosing their identities.

The SC bench, comprising of Chief Justice of India D Y Chandrachud and Justices J B Pardiwala and Manoj Misra, ordered for the announcement of the results separately, city and centre-wise by Saturday noon.

The apex Court emphasised that a re-examination for NEET-UG can only be done on a concrete footing that sanctity has been lost on a large scale.

The NEET-UG 2024, for entrance to undergraduate medical courses, can only be conducted again if the "sanctity" of the test held on 5 May was "lost on a large scale" as a result of leaked questions, the Supreme Court said.

Over 23.33 lakh students took the exam on 5 May across 4,750 centres in 571 cities, including 14 overseas.

Around 1,563 candidates, who got grace marks, were asked to appear for a re-exam.

The 2024 NEET-UG exam faced controversy last month following allegations of a leaked question paper and other irregularities.
