The rules for the CAA are finally here. Remember all the confusion, back in 2019, when the bill was introduced? We're seeing it again.

There's a ton of fake news and opinions out there, just like before. Some are even going to the extent of saying the CAA will mess with the rights of people already living here. But it does not.

At Swarajya, we try to keep things sober and balanced.

Over the years we've thoughtfully explained which communities should be offered asylum and why it's legally allowed. In the North-East, we have someone addressing migrant issues directly.
