'Sekar Babu Should Step Down As HRCE Minister For Being Silent During Udhayanidhi Stalin's Remarks On Sanatana Dharma', Says Annamalai

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state president K Annamalai today (4 September) said that in the conference to eradicate Sanatana Dharma, prior to Udhayanidhi Stalin's comments, Dravidar Kazhagam (DK) leader K Veeramani had stated that Hinduism and Sanatana Dharma were the same.
Thus, he said P Sekar Babu, the minister for Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HRCE) has lost the moral right to continue in his post as he had remained as a "mute spectator" during Udhayanidhi Stalin's comments.
He added that if Sekar Babu does not step down by 10 September, the BJP will gherao every HRCE office in the state including the head office in Chennai to demand his resignation.
In the meeting on Eradication of Sanatana Dharma, DK Leader Thiru K. Veeramani confirmed that Sanatana Dharma & Hindu Religion are the same.
