How Fit Is Your City? Bengaluru Judged India’s Fittest City Followed By Delhi And Hyderabad, As Per GOQii Survey

The survey conducted by GOQii India Fit Report-2019 has revealed the three most fit cities in India. The list has been topped by Bengaluru followed by Delhi and Hyderabad, reports New Indian Express.
The rankings were based on the survey conducted by GOQii on over 7,00,000 people across the country. It includes 10 parameters like body mass index (BMI), hours of sleep, food intake, waist size, lifestyle diseases and consumption of alcohol.
In this year’s ranking, Hyderabad climbed a spot, up from its fourth place last year. The city is It however is batting obesity by having the second highest number of obese people, Delhi tops the chart in this aspect.
Hyderabad citizens also have a serious lack of trust in doctors and pharma , the report states. A huge 68.7 per cent of the people say that hospitals are untrustworthy and more than 42 percent complain about pharmaceutical companies.
