Who in the BJP Govt has yet been held accountable for the security lapses that allowed the attack?" Rahul Gandhi asked on Twitter on Friday (14 February).
On 14 February 2019, a suicide bomber, who was the member of the banned terror group Jaish-e-Mohammad backed by Pakistan, detonated a car-bomb killing 40 CRPF personnel. This was a pre-planned targeted attack on the Indian security. convoy.

In response to this dastardly attack, India sent its fighter aircrafts and destroyed Jaish training facility in Balakot which is inside Pakistan territory.
