Ahmedabad-based real estate and industrial park developer Mascot Infrastructure has announced that they will set up an integrated industrial township sprawling over 385 acres at Vithalapur in Ahmedabad district, PTI reported.

The ambitious project, titled Mascot Industrial City, will be located near the prominent auto manufacturing cluster of Vithalapur and will benefit from strategic connectivity to major infrastructure developments such as the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR), GIFT City, and Sanand GIDC, Mascot Infrastructure said in a statement.

Mascot Infrastructure Managing Director Sanjay Patel remarked that the township is poised to emerge as an industrial and logistics hub in one of the fastest-growing manufacturing regions in the country.

The project reflects the company's growing commitment to contributing towards Gujarat’s expanding industrial ecosystem.

Mascot Infrastructure had earlier signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Gujarat government for this project during the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024, underlining its collaboration with the state.

Detailing the township’s offerings, Patel added that the township has been planned with industrial, residential, and commercial zones, offering industrial plots, plug and play factory sheds, and warehouses to residential apartments, and other infrastructure like hotels, school and food plaza.

The project is expected to cater to a wide range of industries and is designed to provide a seamless blend of manufacturing, logistics, and living spaces, creating a fully integrated ecosystem for businesses and residents alike.
