After vehemently denying the allegations, the lady said that Muslims have turned against her and she also fears for the safety of her family.
Following her ordeal, social media users have appealed to the Aligarh police to provide her adequate security.
It was earlier reported that, angry locals in Aligarh’s Tappal have questioned why one of the co-accused Aslam was roaming free despite having a history of assaulting minors. Various Hindu organisations have also begun taking out protest marches demanding justice for the brutal murder.
