Chief of Naval Staff Admiral R Hari Kumar is set to inaugurate the first indigenous Drishti 10 'Starliner' unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) for the navy today (10 January).

It's important to note that Adani Defence and Aerospace has already made strides in various domains, including small arms, unmanned aerial vehicles, radars, defence electronics, avionics, tactical communication systems, and electro-optical systems to support the army and paramilitary forces.

Adani Defence has also taken the lead in establishing India's first unmanned aerial vehicle manufacturing facility, the first private sector small arms manufacturing facility, and is currently in the process of setting up India's inaugural comprehensive aircraft MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) facility adhering to international standards.

Addressing the rising threat of rogue drones, Adani Defence is also developing counter-drone systems for both defence and civil applications.

With its extensive ecosystem spanning Tier 1 and Tier 2 capabilities across the defence supply chain, Adani Defence is positioning itself to integrate larger platforms.
